  I had to give them one star to be able to make this post. Just as a bit of background: I went in on a Saturday to try to purchase a section of carpet for my residential office. I proceeded to give the sales associate my measurements in inches. The carpet did not need any padding, nor did it need to be installed because I had the experience to do it myself. I was also able to pick it up myself. First, I was told that the carpet had to be measured in feet, easy enough adjustment to make. However, upon receiving the carpet it was 6 inches too long on one side and 1 1/2 inch too long on the other. I had to cut it to the specifications I had previously mentioned. Second, after hearing that I was installing the carpet myself, the associate became very short with me. Even if the customer isn't going to pay you to install a carpet, you're making a sale! Not very professional. Third, I was told that I had to have it delivered. The delivery was supposed to be either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday before noon. I let them know that they could deliver anytime in the morning so long as it was before noon as my office is crowded, etc. By Wednesday at 5:00 I thought I should call to check that my order would be delivered the following day. The associate then told me that they would have to deliver at 2:00 the next day. So much for scheduling deliveries! Upon arguing that I was promised a different time, I was finally able to get the associate to agree to our original delivery time in my contract. The delivery personal were wonderful. The carpet that was delivered was also dirty! All in all, I would not recommend this business. I felt talked down to, had to do additional work myself, and had to haggle to even get the product I paid for.
