My husband originally bought my engagement ring at the Decatur location, but since we have done all of our cleanings and buying of his ring at the Champaign location. Anna has been a joy to work with! We are now 5 months married and my husband is having issues with a possible allergic reaction with his ring. Anna and Valerie are going above and beyond to remedy the problem (Including sending us a ring for him to test out before we purchase a different ring). We live a 2 hour drive from Flora Gems but will continue to make the drive to make any other purchases.
