  Called several times during non-peak hours, but no one answered and there is no voicemail messaging. Went in for a item on special and had to repeatedly ask for help. Waited an extended time while other customers who had arrived after us were helped. The salesman did not help with sizing or even show us the jewelry, just took the closed box to the register. After finding another saleswoman to help, we paid for the item, resizing, and waranty. We were THEN told that sizing would take three weeks and would not be ready by Christmas.
