  I've had a great experience with Orkin no answer any question that you need to know about their service. They're absolutely awesome! They're very knowledgeable Clinton he goes out of his way to help you whatever you need. He takes the time to listen to you he's awesome and he cares! He even doesn't follow up with you and ask you is there anything else we can do for you or you're having the same problem. Now that's great customer service!

  The technician Ricky is amazing. He always managed to make sure I understand what he's doing. He manages to keeps the house pest free while using spray that is animal safe as I have grandchildren and fur babies. Nothing but positive experiences for going on 5 years.

  I wish they would not come to your home until they speak to you to confirm, rather than just leaving a message. I've also told our local office MULTIPLE times that we are not home until a certain time, but they never take care to schedule ii at, or after that time. Becomes irritating.
