  I had a great experience with the customer service Robert's staff provided. I only needed a $2 pin put on my watch but did not want to go all the way to the mall to get it replaced. I went in and they were very welcoming and we're able to fix my watch within 5 minutes. We had a great conversation in the mean time and I left very satisfied by the service. Although I was only there for a quick fix, they gave me excellent service. I recommend Robert's to anyone looking for unique jewelry. They specialize in colorful stones for great prices. I will be returning in the future to have my watch serviced.

  Extremely helpful and customer oriented. Looking for a decent selection of leather watch bands to replace mine was a struggle. Every other place I went before Robert's only had a few and showed little interest in helping me find what I needed. At Robert's they pulled out a ridiculously large selection that they already had in store and were so knowledgeable about sizing and materials. I found exactly what I was looking for in stock and reordered another one to replace mine when it wears out.
