  Overall an uninviting environment. I've spent quite a lot of money at Sephora, typically in stores. However, over the last year, no matter how many times I go into this location I'm always treated poorly. Unfortunately I now buy most of my makeup from the Sephora website. There are a few employees who are stars but they seem to be overshadowed by the bad ones.

  I've always had friendly, attentive service at this Sephora. People there have answered my questions on everything from curly hair care to false lashes. One time a lady working in the hair products section spent a good deal of time with me helping me find products for my new short haircut. She said she's going to cosmetology school, and she was very knowledgable. Another time I had a skin irritation around my eyes from a cheap eye makeup remover, and the person who I talked to at Sephora helped me look through all the eye creams' ingredients labels, trying to find alcohol-free creams for sensitive skin. She helped me find a couple that reduced the inflammation. I don't know about the negative reviews here, but I highly recommend this store! ;)
