  The customer service was terrible. Robert’s body language and face said it all. He was tolerating us and indifferent. He could of cared less if we bought from them or went elsewhere. He didn’t even have the professionalism to come into work on time when he makes an appointment with a customer and makes them come back to finish a job. He was over an hour late to work. Another nicer more patient employee helped us finish Robert’s job. He should be fired for the way he treats customers. He is not a salesman nor is he professional. He admitted he is routinely late for work. We will not be going back. Best Buy on the other hand has great customer service both in person and over the phone. They were great this week. I recommend going to Best Buy to purchase or upgrade your plans or phones with Sprint. Avoid the Prospect sprint store at all costs. Others I know have had bad experiences with the Prospect sprint store being unprofessional and rude. Wish I would have known before I went there this week.
