  This is a great place to go if you want some really cool jewelry. I get things here every couple months for my (now Fiance) and she loves all the pieces. Because of the fair-trade-based selection of goods, the prices might seem a bit steep at first glance, but the craftsmanship of the items that I've purchased have all been superb, and also, unlike anything you can purchase in a chain store. As much as I like to purchase things from Etsy so that I can buy straight from the maker, I usually drop by Ten Thousand to see if they have something like what I have in mind first.
